  I have never been treated as rudely by anyone as I was when I attended this dealership. I was ready to sort out a trade in deal for a Swift but instead left in shock and then anger. The salesman actually told us to f*** off and when we asked to speak to the manager, the manager himself told us to get out. Unfortunately I didn't catch either of their names. I was too shocked by their behaviour to even comprehend what was happening.
  
  Needless to say, I would not recommend anyone to do business here. I ended up purchasing my Swift from Suzuki Parramatta and had a much more pleasant experience. Look elsewhere than giving these guys who lack basic manners or courtesy any business.

  I had to book my car in for a recall issue. I dealt with Craig who was exceptionally helpful, polite and easy to coordinate with. Communication was above average and I was pleasantly surprised that they had washed my car also. Fantastic service!
