  So thoroughly disappointed in their work and service. I asked for classic Hollywood curls for my formal and was straight away given excuses of how my hair was too long or the wrong cut. I understood and asked if they could get it as close to what I wanted as possible. As soon as I saw her pull out a flat iron I knew I was doomed. Overall I was left with limp curls that I do on a everyday basis myself. I didn't know if I wanted to laugh or cry. I had to tell her to tease my hair because it was so flat and far from voluminous, something she should've done herself. And given that my hair was too 'long' and 'straight cut', they only spent 45 minutes on my hair. I told them I was disappointed and they were willing to charge me $65, which honestly I didn't want to even pay $50. Another lady asked if I had been given hairspray, to which I said no I hadn't. When I went to sit down to get my hair sprayed I hear another lady (one I assume was in charge) say "she was quoted 85". Yes. Yes I was quoted $85 but be real with yourself, the work done to my hair was beginner level and I have done better myself. Overall they are inexperienced and unfriendly. Didn't even want to give them the one star.
