  It started with a very spontaneous booking at the last minute on a Friday afternoon! The lovely staff where able to fit me in! First up was a consult with Cindy a senior stylist. Secondly was head to basin to get hair washed during which I received a great head massage by the young Tori. Tori then dryed my hair straight. All along, Tori was soo gentle, never pulling at or hurting my already sensitive scalp. I say this because, I have long thick curly hair that gets very notty. Tori's hair drying was perfect leaving my hair completely straight and silky smooth. I have never had my hair look and feel so soft with just a blowdry. I would of normally required a ghd application to get that result! Very impressed with the quality and professionalism of Tori. Only a second year student but I'm sure she will become a great senior stylist one day!
  After this process, Cindy cut my hair. In her consultation earlier she had said that she would need to cut my hair dry since it was soo curly, uneven with blunt layers....Wow, Cindy knows what she's doing!! She cut and styled my hair with lots of energy and great technique. My hair was so uneven before hand and she was able to correct it with no fuss at all! Brilliant job! I was the last customer in the salon and the girls had packed up, cleaned, vaccumed, mopped. They certainly impressed me with how clean they kept this place . The three staff stayed back until I was finished. I have booked in for my colour in a couple of weeks and look forward to another great job!! Thanks guys ????????

  Went in for a quick man's cut only to be shuffled over to give my hair shampoo and wash, with the most glorious head massage, WOW. The lovely Mikaela's professional and skillful techniques quickly had me looking and feeling 110% in no time. Her ability to BLEND is amazing and just quietly, what a spunk. I'm a huge fan. Be back for more soon. Thanks guys.

  Buying what you think is a brand new $60 bottle of Moroccan Oil (in its box) that goes straight into your handbag, straight to your car and home only to get home and find that your brand new bottle has leaked all through your bag, your phone - everywhere. After opening the box, realising the lid is cracked which is why half the bottle is now gone! Think that's bad?
  
  What's truly bad is phoning and not even getting an apology no, but being told it was my fault and wait for it - I shouldn't have put the bottle in my bag? Apparently that's where I went wrong lol (even though its in a protective box?). Anyone with half a brain would know that that was probably the safest place you could put it - but that would be admitting responsibility right? ;) I always thought the hair house warehouse were bad - just a bunch of armature fake sales reps tryna get their KPI's but honestly, id never recommend anyone to buy anything off these people. I'm just grateful that it wasn't something expensive like a hair straighter, warranty or not - after how I was treated by them, good luck them taking responsibility for anything or you ever getting your money back! Buyer beware, go to a real hair dresser if you want quality and people who actually give a damn or care.
